Skeletons Part 5
Kellerman hunts down Sam only to be taken off guard and end up dead himself. Senator Halloran, who had been oblivious to his father’s scheming murders, is forced to make an emergency press conference condemning them. He then feebly tries to stand up to his father.
Meanwhile, Pete Draven grows restless waiting at the brothel. When Twitch calls in to check on him, they find he is missing.
CASE FILES : SAM & TWITCH #10 Summary
Seamus Halloran and his lawyer free the primary suspect, Robert Kellerman, from Sam and Twitch’s interrogation. Although both detective know they must now protect Pete Draven at all costs. Twitch manages to quickly grab the cigarettes left by Kellerman in the interrogation room trashcan. Hopingto get a DNA match to the blood sample collected at Pete’s apartment, Twitch leaves this new evidence with Gordy, the medical Examiner.
Sam and Twitch go their separate ways. Twitch takes Pete to a new safe house run bt working girls, as Sam confronts Halloran. With a donation made in Seamus’ name for the amount of money Seamus paid to keep Sam quiet about his son’s sexual prefernce, Sam feels his conscience is now clear.
シェイマス・ハロランと彼の弁護士は、第一容疑者のロバート・ケラーマンをサムとトゥイッチの尋問から解放する。どちらの刑事も、今はどんな犠牲を払ってでもピート・ドレイヴンを守らなければならないことを知っている。 Twitchはケラーマンが取調室のゴミ箱に残したタバコを素早く拾うことに成功した。ピートのアパートで採取した血液サンプルとDNAが一致することを期待して、トゥイッチはこの新しい証拠を監察医のゴーディに残す。
サムとトゥイッチはそれぞれの道を歩む。サムがハロランと対峙する中、トゥイッチはピートを働く女性たちが運営する新しいセーフハウスに連れて行く。息子の性的嗜好についてサムに黙らせるためにシェーマスが支払った金額をシェーマスの名で寄付したことで、サムは自分の良心が晴れたと感じている。

ケラーマンはサムを追い詰めるが、不意を突かれて自らも死んでしまう。父親の計画的な殺人に気付かなかったハロラン上院議員は、緊急記者会見を行って彼らを非難することを余儀なくされる。それから彼は弱々しく父親に立ち向かおうとする。
一方、ピート・ドレイヴンは売春宿で待っていると落ち着かなくなります。トゥイッチが彼の様子を確認するために電話をかけたところ、彼が行方不明であることが判明した。
