SPAWN 3D: MoCCA Exclusive #1

記念すべき第一巻を付属の3D眼鏡をかけることでコミックスの内容が立体的に見える仕様。過去にもこういう3Dコミックスはアメリカでも日本でも発売されている。この『スポーン #1』の 3D 版は、2006 年にニューヨーク市の漫画美術館(MoCCA)で開催されたトッド・マクファーレン回顧展を記念して限定で1,000冊が販売された。

This 3D edition of Spawn #1 was created in celebration of the TODD MCFARLANE RETROSPECTIVE EXHIBIT taking place at THE MUSEUM OF COMIC AND CARTOON ART in New York City 2006. Reprints Spawn #1 and features a cover gallery. Limited to 1000 copies.

SUMMARY :
While a strange assailant stalks the city, ripping out human hearts, another otherwordly being arrives. As his mind reels, our tortured hero remembers that he struck a deal with the devil in order to return to his beloved wife – five years after his death.
