SUMMARY :
In mourning for his wife, Baron Rivalen places his barony in the cruel hands of DuBlanc and the peasants are forced to endure worse atrocities than ever more. Meanwhile, the Hellspawn escapes captivity and torture of the three witch sisters by teleporting himself. As he regains consciousness, he becomes aware of who he was and what his new mission is. He must rally the peasants into a revolt against DuBlanc to secure their freedom from his cruel control. Cog urges him to abandon that mission and begin training with him instead.

Certain he had earned his place in heaven for fighting so nobly in the Crusades, the Black Knight has difficulty assimilating his return he is dismayed to see that his people, the peasants, have endurned greater hardships than even he can imagine. Meanwhile, Baron Rivalen’s wife was dying. Desperate, Rivalen agrees to deliver the Dark Knight to the Three Sister of Morrigan in exchange for his wife’s health.

妻の死を悼み、リヴァレン男爵は自分の男爵領を残酷なデュブランの手に委ねる。そのため、農民たちはこれまで以上にひどい残虐行為に耐えることを余儀なくされる。その間、ヘルスポーンは自分自身をテレポートすることで、3人の魔女姉妹から受ける拷問から逃れ、捕われの身から逃れる。彼が意識を取り戻すと、彼は自分が誰であったか、そして彼の新しい使命が何であるかに気づく。彼は農民を結集してデュブランに対する反乱を起こさせ、彼の残酷な支配から彼らを解放しなければならないと決意する。だが、CogliostroはBlack Knightに対してその戦いを子供の遊びだと言い、「お主は農民どもの一人でも何でもないのじゃ。」と詰る。Black KnightはCogliostroに対して「Go to Hell, Old man.」と言い返す。
