Eons ago, During a war between the angels of the 10th Realm known as Heaven and the Gods of asgard, The newborn daughter of asgard’s rulers, Odin and Freyja, was seemingly murdered by the queen of angels. In response, Odin banished the 10th Realm to another dimension. But unbeknownst to nearly everyone, the child was actually saved by one of the queen’s handmaidens and raised to believe she too was an angel.
Recently, Thor and Loki learned of the existence of the 10th Realm and their lost sibling, Resulting in both Heaven’s return to our dimension and Angela’s true identity being revealed to all. But having been raised to hate all Asgardians. Angela turned her back on Thor and Loki and even threatened to kill Odin the next time they met.
With the knowledge of her true heritage now public, Angela has been cast out of the 10th Realm and want nothing to do with Asgard. Now the deadliest warrior in all the 10 Realm is charting her own path — Heven help us all.

Heven(ヘヴン)で最も優れた戦士であるAngela(アンジェラ)は、生涯を通じてAsgard(アスガルド)を憎むように育てられていた。だが今、アンジェラは自分の正体についての真実を知っている。(“Original Sin5.N:Thor and Loki”にてThe Watcher Uatuの眼がその秘密を明かした。)
彼女はアスガルドの雷神であるThor Odinsonの妹であり、本当の名はAldrif Odinsdottir(アルドリフ・オディンスドッティル)。
父であるOdin Borson(オーディン)と母であるFreyja Freyrdottir(フリッガ)の実の娘であり、アスガルドの女神が本当の姿だった。
アスガルドと天界との間で激しい戦いに起きた際に、天界の女王はオーディンからの攻撃を止めるために赤ん坊のアルドリフを誘拐し、命を奪ったとされていた。
報復として、オーディンはヘヴンを呪い、ユグドラシルの言葉の木から切り離し、他の9つのレルムから追放し、人々の記憶から消去した。(Hevenが”The 10th Realm”と呼ばれる由来)
(アスガルドには知らされていないが、アルドリフは天使の女王の攻撃を生き延び、侍女のロリエルに引き取られ、彼女はHevenでアンジェラとして育てられた。ただ、彼女を引き取った家は囚人などの死体を処理する仕事をしており、Hevenにおいては忌み嫌われる仕事をする最下級の家であった。
但し、The Watcher Uatuの眼によって明かした秘密は周知の事実となり、アンジェラがアスガルドの血統であることを知られるようになると彼女はヘヴンを追われることとなる。”Original Sin”の一件を受けて、Thorは母に妹の存在について問いただし、Lokiとともに真実を知るためにHeven “The 10th Realm”へと訪れる。 )
ヘヴンで住まう家から追放されても、アンジェラ自身はアスガルドとの関係も望んでいなかった。それまで敵と信じていた者を父と崇めることを簡単には受け入れられなかったのだ。
アンジェラは今、自分自身がそれまでの敵であるアスガルドの民となってしまった。それでもなおアスガルドとヘブンの両方が、アンジェラが持っているものは欲しようとしていた。双方がそれほどまでに手に入れたいと熱望するものとは何だろうか?
Angelaの母であるFreyjaはFrigga、Friggと標記されることがある。Vanir leader Freyrの娘であり、Goddess of Love, War, Death, Fertility and Beautyであり、現在の Valkyrieの前身とされている。
