M.O.D.O.K.はマーベル・コミックスに登場するヴィラン。正式名称は “Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing” で、直訳すると「殺人のために設計された可動式有機体」という意味となる。 秘密結社「A.I.M.」（アドバンス・イデア・メカニクス）を束ねるボスで、自らを「至高の科学者」と称している。彼が倒れているAngelaを見つけることでストーリーが始まります。
